 Shabbos House

It's family-style, warm, welcoming atmosphere and personal touch, Shabbos House is much appreciated by the many students who consider it their "home away from home."

Rabbi Mendel and Raizy Rubin are the co-directors of the Shabbos House Jewish Student Center. Together with their  children, Mushkie, Chanie, Moshe, Sara, Bassie, Bluma and Esther they are the "Shabbos House Family" and live at Shabbos House.

Shabbos House was founded on and continues to be inspired by the Lubavitcher Rebbe's vision that "every Jew is family", and that Jewish students would greatly benefit from a welcoming, home-style Jewish environment.
